OUGD502 - Unique Brand Identities

Whilst looking around the malls in Australia, I came across unusual branding which is not located in England. Some of these franchises use branding techniques which are unique to anything I have seen before.


The Java Juice franchise for example, uses astro turf fake grass material to represent an organic natural aesthetic to the background of the branding. This combined with the wood and lighting creates a really modern twist on authentic organic stalls.


The clothes store T2 also uses a variety of materials to represent an industrial theme to the store. This coloured pattern using wood creates depth and texture to the wall instead of the usual flat typography.
